We are Ken and Marcia Brown. This site is dedicated to educating you about our journey to physical wellness as well as the spiritual tools that have helped us maintain a healthy lifestyle. We are grateful for God’s grace and His gifts and we want to share our story with you. We believe that a truly healthy lifestyle is not possible without dedicating oneself to prayer and keeping the body clean. For years we tried many different avenues to achieve the physical part, but with little to no success.
